Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products All items in our store are custom printed on demand. As each product is made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing, colour preference, or change of mind reasons — except where required by law, including the EU 14-day cooling-off period below.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at theirongauntlet97@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return To initiate a return, email us at theirongauntlet97@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at theirongauntlet97@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
